Habonim Dror (the Builders of Freedom) is a Progressive Labor Zionist youth movement whose mission is:
  • To build a personal bond and commitment between North American Jewish youth and the State of Israel
  • To create Jewish leaders who will actualize the principles of social justice, equality, peace and coexistence in Israel and North America

Youth from Habonim Dror North America run educational programs at seven machanot (camps) in the U.S. and Canada based on the pillars of Progressive Labor Zionism, Cultural Judaism, Social Justice, Socialism and Hagshama (actualization of values).

Our sister camps are Camp Galil , Camp Gesher , Camp Miriam , Camp Moshava (Mosh) , Camp Naaleh and  Camp Tavor.

Habonim Dror runs a gap year, learning and social service program in Israel  - Workshop, and a summer program in Israel for high school juniors - MBI - Macheneh Bonim b'Israel.
